The staff were amazing and helpful, despite the language barrier. The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with great service. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel offers a stunning view of the valley and lake below. The building itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on top of a hill provides breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Our room was impeccable and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. We also loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden furniture and the tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and a stunning location on top of a hill overlooking a lake and valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near some beautiful and picturesque towns. The staff were very friendly and outgoing, and their hospitality was top-notch. the Christmas dinner was mouth-watering, and the Christmas decorations were tastefully done.
The room was quite cramped, and the furnishings were old and outdated. The heating system was not very efficient, and the room was quite cold.

Stunning Property and Relaxing Spa We stayed in a converted castle for two nights which was a wonderful experience. the modern spa on the lower level was a treat and made our stay extra relaxing. the buffet breakfast offered great variety, and the beautiful views of the surrounding area, including a nearby lake, added a touch of charm to our trip. the hotel's location required a rental car but it was worth it.
Poor Service the staff at the hotel could have been more accommodating. We requested a baby bed which they did not provide, and then in the end they charged us extra for it.
